Job Responsibilities:

* Involve in the design, management and enhancement of client organization IT infrastructure.
* Lead on a small scale project or assist the Project Manager of a medium to large project in project deployment lifecycle from initiation & provisioning to implementation & stabilization.
* Provide technical consultancy, implementation and support to multiple system (web, email, collaboration & database system), network operating system (Microsoft).
* Responsible on system documentation preparation and update in project deployment lifecycle.
* Involve in system technology research & evaluation, leverage and apply system components into client IT infrastructure.
* Assist in pre-sales activities for provide consultation, proof of concept, technology update and technical proposal.

Job Requirements:

* Strong knowledge and experience in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL and other Microsoft Solutions.
* Those who possess Professional Certification such MCP or MCSE will be an advantage.
* Possess own transport and willing to travel for onsite deployment and support.
* Desire and ability to learn new skills and technology quickly.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Abilities to communicate (oral and written) effectively.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* At least 3 years working experience in enterprise solution deployment and monitoring.

(Melaka)

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform 2nd and potentially 3rd level support within the company as part of global Middleware Operations Team, with focus on SAP NetWeaver.
* Provision of operations & technical consultancy during all phases of dedicated Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) projects.
* Contribution to technical implementation of designed solution on integration tools being used.
* Cooperation within a multi-cultural EAI support team (South East Asia, Europe and North America).
* Technical life cycle management of the implemented solutions.

Job Requirements:

* Recognized Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science.
* Proven track record in Java and web development.
* Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Unix and/or Linux Operating Systems.
* Basic project management skills.
* Willingness to work as a 2nd level expert support with 24×7 morning/afternoon shift rotation to support global Middleware operations, including scheduled standby on weekends and public holidays.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to learn about new technologies.
* In addition candidates are required to have excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.
* Mandarin and German are an added advantage.
