Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for product quality throughout product development process.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO/FDA/MDD and other Product Development related to regulatory requirements.
* Maintaining product files and other relevant documentation to comply with quality standards, actively involved in design reviews, and project proposals.
* Play key role in transferring products from development to manufacturing.
* Capability studies.
* Problem solving and Quality Improvement Projects.
* To ensure th implementation and effective management for Occupational Safety and Health consistence with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.

Job Requirements:

* Degree in engineering, Science, Maths, Chemical, Polymer Science, Statistics or any other related discipline.
* Candidate must possess at least 3 -5 years in a product development within the medical device industry.
* Working knowledge of FDA and ISO Quality systems for Medical device companies.
* Expertise in the review of technical files and design dossiers for compliance to current standards.
* Expertise in the writing and review of validation protocols and reports.
* Strong analytical and statistical background in product development.
* Have demonstrated a progressive career with broad-based multi disciplinary teams.
* Embrace being challenged an challenging others around new ideas, new processes and new ways of doing business to achieve.
* Be a team player with excellent relationship-building skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* To develop, implement, maintain and supervise company’s QMS and HSE policies/procedures and records and documentations
* To plan QMS & HSE training programs and other related activities
* To manage & administer the health, safety, environmental, emergency response management, fire protection and rescue services
* To liaise with relevant authorities for regualtions documentations, inspections and audits
* To provide support, advice and updates to the Management in relation to all Quality (ISO) and HSE guidelines or regulations etc
* To conduct consistent inspections of company’s premises to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements
* To conduct/plan periodic HSE training or ad-hoc briefing to educate employees / visitors on safety regulations of the premise

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must be registered with DOSH & NIOSH
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Oil/Gas or equivalent.
* Possess initiative and able to work independently.
* Effective leadership qualities and able to lead a team of workers to meet the tasks delegated and be accountable for it
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, results-oriented, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
* Computer literate Microsoft Office applications and other specialized applications that can enhance productivity and performance.
