Job Responsibilities:

* To advise the employer the measures to be taken in the interests of safety and health at work place.
* To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plants, equipment, appliance or process that liable to cause bodily injury.
* To investigate any accident, near miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning/ disease happened at place of work.
* To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning/ disease happened at place of work.
* To lead Safety and Health Committee on work place inspection.
* To develop Safety and Health programs such as health education, accident prevention, first aid etc.
* To conduct Safety and Health training/briefing to employees.
* To provide safety and health advice and assistance to employees
* To perform any other duties as and when required pertaining to safety and health matters.
* Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Certificate in Occupational, Safety and Health, including Competency Certificate endorsed by NIOSH
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
