Job Responsibilities:

* Perform 2nd and potentially 3rd level support within the company as part of global Middleware Operations Team, with focus on SAP NetWeaver.
* Provision of operations & technical consultancy during all phases of dedicated Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) projects.
* Contribution to technical implementation of designed solution on integration tools being used.
* Cooperation within a multi-cultural EAI support team (South East Asia, Europe and North America).
* Technical life cycle management of the implemented solutions.

Job Requirements:

* Recognized Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science.
* Proven track record in Java and web development.
* Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Unix and/or Linux Operating Systems.
* Basic project management skills.
* Willingness to work as a 2nd level expert support with 24×7 morning/afternoon shift rotation to support global Middleware operations, including scheduled standby on weekends and public holidays.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to learn about new technologies.
* In addition candidates are required to have excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.
* Mandarin and German are an added advantage.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
