Job Requirements:
* Master’s or Bachelor’ Degree (Hons) in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Bio Sciences / Life Sciences
* Knowledge in ISO, HACCP, GMP and 5S implementation
* Basic understanding in Molecular Biology including PCR
* Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in micro biology analysis in food industry
* May require to undergo cross-exposure training in Europe
* Exposure to SAP would be an added advantage
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words & Powerpoint.
* Good command over written and spoken English
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Analytical thinking & problem solving skills
* Initiative and able to work independently
* Hardworking & with excellent teamwork
