<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Job Purpose</p>
<p>The candidate will be dedicated to developing routine tests, and coordinating the<br />
testing effort. This position will work with Developers, Project Managers and Product Managers to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities / Activities</p>
<p>1. Testing:<br />
• Producing test cases and test scripts based on requirements and supplementary documentation.<br />
• Conducting functional, regression and operational testing of changes, upgrades and new applications<br />
• Co-ordinating and assisting users with user acceptance testing and developers with system testing<br />
• Working closely with the Software Development and Project Management teams.</p>
<p>2. Software Releases:<br />
• Align release requirements to Release Policy<br />
• Input into release plans for change managements and projects<br />
• Assemble all release components into Release (inc user documentation)<br />
• Co-ordinate roll-out scripts as necessary<br />
• Liaise with Business Analysts as necessary<br />
• Execute Release Plans</p>
<p>3. Analysis:<br />
• Review project documentation to gain an understanding of how software needs to be tested in order to create and document test plans/scripts,<br />
• Perform testing of support fixes/minor enhancements/project enhancements and guide the business in the execution of User Acceptance Testing.<br />
• Identifying, documenting and verifying user and business requirements for business processes and applications changes.</p>
<p>4. Documentation: Producing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the management and reporting of bugs, defects and quality issues in software projects. Also compiling all release documentation into the standard release documentation</p>
<p>5. Data: specifying test data requirements and environments for applications, validating and loading data as appropriate.</p>
<p>6. Application Services Team: contributing to the effective ongoing development of the Application Services Team.</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master&#8217;s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.</p>
<p>* Experience of using test automation software desirable</p>
<p>* ISEB Software Testing foundation level &#8211; Desirable</p>
<p>* Experience of ITIL</p>
<p>* Good understanding of IT and its application in a business environment</p>
<p>* Ability to plan and manage own workload</p>
<p>* Higher education qualification preferred, but not essential</p>
<p>* Have a breadth of general IT knowledge and software engineering</p>
<p>* Required language(s): Chinese, English</p>
<p>* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.</p>

* To carry out basic maintenance works within the building; and<br />
* To assist the Building Manager/Senior Property Manager in value enhancement projects of the building;</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>* Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Estate Management/ Mechanical or Electrical/ Facility Management<br />
* Minimum 3 years working experience in managing strata properties especially condominium and commercial buildings,etc.<br />
* Possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.<br />
* Must be a computer literate.<br />
* Able to work under pressure.<br />
* Possess a good in both written &amp; spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.</p>
