Job Responsibilities:

* Manage the School in accordance with the academic standards and directions from the management.
* Productive in resource management of the school
* Carry out implementation of procedures in accordance with college policies.
* Lead and motivate school staff to achieve company’s target
* Plan and coordinate departmental programs which include evaluation, development and revision of courses and curriculum.
* Monitor the academic program and deliver in accordance with the academic standards outlined by MQA.
* To ensure that all students receive a high quality education

Job Requirements:

* PhD or Master qualification from a recognized and reputable University in the disciplines of Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
* Minimum 10 years of working experiences in teaching at tertiary level and in a management level.
* Registered with the respective Malaysia engineering boards will be an added advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in liaison with various academic institutions and governments’ agencies
* Analytical skills for effective planning and problem solving
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Able to meet tight deadlines in timely manner
