Job Responsibilities:
-Process Engineer:
* To plan, manage, review and execute new product/ modification and product extension manufacturing plan.
* Executing new product manufacturing plan to meet customer’s requirement.
* Prepare production process specification for the project which covers the processes to be industrialized and transferred to manufacturing sites.
* To deal with equipment and supply vendors, part suppliers, customers and transfer site in securing the deliverables for the prototype build.
* Prepare weekly and monthly report to update the status of product development.
* Verify plan and execution of various task performed e.g. issues tracking status, project status, compliance to written procedures, status of action on meetings output.
* Play a strategic role in exploring new products, market and customers.
-QA Engineer:
* Responsible for day to day operations of QA Dept.
* Responsible of First Article Submission process which includes measurements, sample retention and proper filing system as per drawing requirements.
* To support product run in terms of Quality Issue and monitor in process/product yield to ensure the processes are in control.
* To take charge, manage and supervise of Incoming activities.
* To determine the root cause, corrective and preventive action plan regarding internal quality issue.
* To get involve in NPI run and preparing all QA/QC related documentation as required by customer.
* Able to carry out any evaluation needed from time to time on the Customer Return failures and publish the report accordingly.
* To carry out inspection for LNE product base on the requirements.
* To ensure all LNE process are carried out as per Work Instruction.
* To assist QC Inspectors in resolving quality issues and verification of the reject criteria.
Job Requirements:
-Process Engineer:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
* Knowledge of Automotive, AutoCad, 3D software, Solid Works, is an added advantage.
* Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
* Full-Time positions available.
-QA Engineer:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
* Understanding of process control and SPC methods essential.
* Knowledge of FMEA, SPS and others quality techniques.
* Familiar in AQL Sampling Plan.
* Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Automotive is an added advantage.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
* Preferably junior executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
