(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage event attendance (invitation & registration.)
-Manage customer database with supplied information.
-Handle sales enquiries over the telephone and prepare necessary documentations.
-Closely work with the marketing Department on daily call activities and progress.
-Provide Customer Service and Support.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level.
-Previous relevant experience would be an added advantage.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Able to work on shift, public holidays.
-Full spectrum of training will be provided.
-Preferably female aged from 21 – 26 years old.
