Job Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate is responsible for Customer Feedback Management, Customer Service Programme and community based activities.
* Maintain an update customer profile ,order status and keep track on all deliveries
* Provide daily sales & collection update to the sales team
* Updating delivery schedule
* Coordinating shipment between warehouse , forwarding agents , carriers and customers
* Updating required reports periodically
* Support the department in all sales dealing and customer relation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
* Possess Diploma or Degree or related qualification
* Knowledge & experience in customer services will be added advantage
* Well converse in English, Mandarin and Malay
* Young, matured, hardworking, ability to work independently
* Pleasant personality and good communication skills
