Job Responsibilities:
-The person require to perform site supervision and coordination to ensure that the works carried out by the Contractors are within quality standards and correct specification.
-To check, monitor, inspect, perform quality control checks, monitor work in progress and final inspection on completed works.
-Reporting on non-conforming matters found during inspection and follow up with Consultants on the action to be taken.
-Coordinate and supervise Defect Rectification Works during Defect Liability Period.

Job Requirements:
-Possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structure / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering / Architectural / Building.
-Minimum 5 years’  of site experiences.
-Able to coordinate site work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills, meticulous, confident,  high analytical and problem solving skills.
-Good communication skills and able to liaise with the Project Consultants closely.

* Responsible for Daily Site Progress report

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Job role in Clerk of Works/Site Supervisor or equivalent.
* 2 Contract positions available.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Possess own transport and willing to travel
