Job Responsibilities:

* To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Senior Property Manager;
* To attend to tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
* To supervise and maintain the operation of all mechanical and electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
* To supervise all maintenance staff employed in the building;
* To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
* To assist the Building Manager/Senior Property Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
* To conduct daily inspection of the building and MEP installation and forward daily report to the Building Manager/Senior Property Manager;
* To carry out basic maintenance works within the building; and
* To assist the Building Manager/Senior Property Manager in value enhancement projects of the building;

Job Requirements:

* Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Estate Management/ Mechanical or Electrical/ Facility Management
* Minimum 3 years working experience in managing strata properties especially condominium and commercial buildings,etc.
* Possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
* Must be a computer literate.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Possess a good in both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
