Job Responsibilities:

* To manage monthly cash flows forecast, bad debt provision, collection activities and recommendations to the management.
* To review and develop Credit Control Policies.
* To plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective Credit Control Team.
* To develop a high performance service culture within the Credit Control Team.
* To improve on collections and to recommend precautionary measures to maintain bad debts at the most minimum level possible.
* Managing and monitoring of account receivables.
* Meeting collection targets and coverage.
* Closely monitor collection and diligently send out collection and reminder letters to customers.
* Escalate account receivable issues and problems on a timely basis.
* Preparing credit related reports.

Job Requirements:

* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Professional Qualification
* Candidates must possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in Credit Control
* Able to work independently and make prompt judgment and decision
* Possess high degree of integrity and maturity
* Analytical with strong leadership, well disciplined, deadline oriented, interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literacy in Microsoft applications.
* Possess own transport

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead a team and manage timelines
* Carry out audit assignments as planned with appropriate application of risks based approach
* Prepare audit report with proper recommendations upon finalization of fieldwork
* Assist in providing assurance on the effectiveness of the organization internal control system and recommend areas for improvement
* Perform ad hoc audit and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required

Job Requirements:

* Possess at least a Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting,Business Studies and other related qualifications. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an added advantage
* Minimum 4 years of internal auditing experience, preferably in the similar capacity
* Good command of English both oral and written
* Independent, enthusiastic and willing to take challenges
* Reasonable outstation traveling is required
