Job Responsibilities:
-Maintains use of proper telephone etiquette, greetings, standard answer time and pleasantries
-Ensure guests are met with a warm smile with appropriate greetings and addressed by name.
-Performs check in and check out for all Villa guests and ensuring Villas are pre assigned prior to guests arrival, based on guests requirements.
-Anticipate guest needs by ensuring that repeat guests’ requirements are met based on information obtained from Guest Profiles.
-Obtain necessary and valuable information such as guest’s preferences likes and dislikes and ensures data is updated accurately, throughout the guest stay
Job Requirements:
-Minimum SPM
-Those with Hospitality industry courses in from a recognised institution will be an added benefit.
-Exposure in Front Desk, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping tasks is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in Opera and Micros.
-Energetic, vibrant and physically fit.
-Team Player
-Customer orientated
-Independent and disciplined.
-Good personality, courteous with a positive attitude
-Meticulous grooming

Job Responsibilities:
-Train, motivate, guide and supervise a team of subordinates to carry out various activities to support Production Control functions.
-Maximum production capacity allocation to customers.
-Set up new logistics and system for new process/customers start up.
-Establish and maintain close rapport with all customers to build mutual trust and foster strong working relationships.
-Liaise and coordinate with the various departments on customers requirement.
-Notify top management and customers ahead of forseeable problem that may affects delivery and initiate action to rectify problem.
-Participate actively in all process improvement programs.
Job Requirements:
-Degree holder in Business Studies/Management/Economics or it’s equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years experience in a semiconductor environment preferred.
-Able to work in Ipoh.
-Preferably senior executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or it’s equivalent in a semiconductor environment.
-Posses good-interpersonal and leadership skills .
-Good communication, process planning and problem solving skills.
