Job Responsibilities & Job Requirements:

• Assist in supervising the efficient output of the Reservation Agents and the smooth flow of operations.
• Assist with the daily reservations processes, servicing guest needs and queries.
• Directs and coordinates the reservations daily activities and follow up with hotel’s processes & procedures.
• Communicate all amendment to agents, clients and hotels concerned.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all bookings and reservations replied timely and promptly.
• Ability to solve problems within a short time frame.
• To handle reservations from international clients.
• Posses a Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry or a similar capacity.
• Requires strong organizational, effective communication and people skills.
• Must be able to exceed client expectations.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Independent and highly motivated.
• Must be computer literate.
• Can work immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

-The chef is responsible to ensure that their duties are being carried out to the fullest of their potential. An individual who is a chef will also be responsible for planning the set menu items and any specials as well as provide the recipes in most cases. In addition, the chef is responsible for placing necessary kitchen tool orders in order to enable the preparation of the meals. The chef will also address any complaints which affect the kitchen and resolve those issues.

Job Requirements:

-To cooks for our staff and employer 3 healthy meal a day. The meals cooks need to be a healthy meal, which contains the vitamins, minerals and nutrient that needed by our body. The cook/chef need to have experienced cooking Western, Chinese, Malay or Indian food.

We are looking for a chef/cooks that treats food like an art and she not only prepares a dish, but is also passionately involved with it that it should both taste good and look beautiful. The selected chefs shall work in our kitchen.
