Sekiranya anda mempunyai DEGREE dalam ESTATE MANAGEMENT, LAND MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY, LAND ECONOMICS OR EQUIVALENT. GRADUATES WITH ECONOMICS AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT DEGREES, maka anda layak untuk memohon jawatan kosong sebagai pegawai penilai (Valuation Executive) di syarikat Ernest Cheong PTL Chartered Surveyors.

Selain itu, di bawah ini adalah syarat-syarat yang perlu anda miliki sebelum memohon jawatan terbabit

Responsibilities:

  • Your main role will be to assist our Senior Property Valuers in valuing (surveying) various types of land & buildings for our private & banking clients.
  • You will be required to liase with Land Offices, Property Developers, Bankers and Accountants.
  • On-the-job training will be provided (Graduate Training Program)
  • Your responsiblities will entail a combination of office work and outdoor site visits / property inspections where you will need to work efficiently but with excellent attention to detail. Good abservation & problem solving skills will be a strong advantage.
  • Your training and on-the-job experience (together with min academic requirements) will provided the successful candidate with the required min 2 years practical experience to apply to the Board of Valuers and Estate Agents, Malaysia to become a fully qualified and registered professional property valuer.
  • You may also apply for membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom (For graduates with UK & Australia Degrees). See www.rics.org for more information.

Requirements:

  • CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN ESTATE MANAGEMENT, LAND MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY, LAND ECONOMICS OR EQUIVALENT. Fresh graduate with degrees from other disciplines (including Economics & Gerneral Management) are welcome to apply.
  • 1 Full-time positions available – (RM1,700 – RM2,500 base salary + allowances)
  • Required skill(s): english report writing, PC literacy (i.e. word, excel, photoshop), have own vehicle (transport), problem solving, client liaison, ability to work under pressure.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Additional language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents.

Sebuah syarikat hartanah yang terkenal di Malaysia  iaitu Nationlink Group of Companies sedang mencari calon yang layak untuk jawatan kosong di syarikat melaka sebagai Eksekutif Pengurus Hartanah (Property Management Executive). Calon yang berjaya akan di tempatkan di Sarawak.

Antara syarat untuk memohon adalah anda perlu mempunya ijazah atau pun diploma dalam bidang Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management dan yang bersamaam dengannya.
