-To proactively liaise with branches, agents & associates to ensure that undelivered consignments are re-attempted
-To liaise with customers or customers service to obtain the information for next delivery attempt
-To ensure timely and accurate response to customers complaints (internal and external) and to proactively assist to resolve any issues
-To provide timely, accurate and complete information to branches, agents & associates to ensure shipments are delivered on committed time

Job Requirements:

-Minimum SPM or Diploma
-Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia with good verbal / written skills
-Preferable with experience in handling customers
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Job Responsibilities:

-To assist the Car Park Manager in the overall operations of the car parks.
-To administer, lead and supervise subordinate staff in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
-To regulary check and ensure that the parking equipment performs at its designed intent.
-To ensure that all season and casual parking collection and procedures are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Operational Manual.
-To conduct regular checks on car park operations.
-To liase with inter departments in ensuring that car parks are well maintained.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a SPM or any related Professional Certificate.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya-Damansara Utama.

-Memastikan setiap barangan berkeadaan baik dan barangan yang mempunyai tarikh lupus perlulah diuruskan dengan baik.
-Sentiasa melaporkan kepada Unit Pemasaran sebarang masalah yang dihadapi.
-Pengendalian mesin kira (cash register) mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan
-Bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kehilangan stok dan tunai pada giliran waktu berkerja (shift).
-Memastikan barang-barang di dalam kedai berada dalam keadaan teratur dan tersusun.
-Tidak membenarkan pihak lain menggunakan mesin kira atau menjalankan transaksi bagi pihak saudari di dalam tempoh waktu giliran berkerja (shift).
-Memastikan kutipan jualan hendaklah diserahkan kepada Unit Akaun / Unit Pemasaran setiap hari.
-Memberikan kerjasama sepenuhnya untuk prosedur pengiraan stok bagi kedai yang terlibat.
-Memastikan khidmat pelanggan di tahap yang cemerlang.
