-Providing Personal Data Protection related advise
-Assisting in the preparation of IT legal policy papers and opinions
-Reviewing IT related legislation
-Managing the legal portfolios of several IT businesses and associations
-Managing trademark portfolios

Job Requirements:

-Related work experience would be an advantage but is not necessary
-Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
-2nd class honours Law degree / 3.0 CGPA degree in Law
-Ability to think critically, write well and work independently
-Good research skills with an eye for detail and excellent command of the English language
