job Responsibilities:
-To handle customer complaints and take ownership of enquiries proactively
-Able to maintain internal and external customer, colleagues relationships professionally
-Assist in improving the company system and procedures to ensure the escalating of service efficient
-Assist in preparing and developing documentations that pertaining to enhance customer service policy and procedures
-Offer advice to the customer service manager with any assigned projects when required
job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Job role in Merchandiser or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions are available.
-Preferably female candidate with the aged in 23-30 years.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
