-Ensure the safety of the BLR guest, staff, visitors, vendors, suppliers and property.
-Work proactively to prevent theft and vandalism.
-Responds to the needs of other security staff and offers assistance to those in need.
-Provides excellent customer services and takes direction from SSG / ACSSO.
-Effective communication with other security colleagues.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Full-Time positions available.

Job Responsibilities:

-Handling and monitoring all  check in and check out activities of front office
-Handling and supervising all room reservations for the day and future
-Briefing daily and lead the front office department staffs day to day operations
-Monitor and implementation of standard set by the Management
-Work closely with the Sales & Marketing  and Housekeeping department heads
-Report to the Front Office Manager day to day operations and write the daily log book, send to the  Front Manager’s office daily
-Recruit staff for the front office , interview and conduct training

-Prepare  front office staff monthly duty roster and handle all human resources matters related to the front office staffs

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible to check and verify items received are as per the original purchase order and invoice i.e. weight, quantity, or any specifications which includes expiry dates of food and beverage items delivered.
-Ensuring all goods received are fresh especially fresh produce such as vegetables and fruits,  poultry, seafood and meat items
-Reject items that are not according to purchase order, not following specification or excess quantity and report to purchasing department, all discrepancies on the receiving invoices or stock received.
-Responsible to ensure that all items received are stored and arranged accordingly always practicing FIFO system.
-Ensure all items received are routed to the appropriate department on timely basis.
-Responsible to check and update inventory of all items stored to avoid any out of stock items or over ordering.
-Responsible to replenish stock for general store item and maintain par level which includes reviewing par level periodically.
-Responsible to ensure that storage areas are kept clean all times including constantly updating stock arrangement in store and avoid spoilage due to wrong arrangement or temperature not suitable.
-Responsible to constantly update and report to chief storekeeper/cost controller regarding problems/issues  in the store which includes giving suggestions on better management store area
-Daily posting of requisition and issuance in to system.
-Participate in month end stock physical count.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum S.P.M qualification and with at least 3 years experience in managing store
-Preferably with 1 years experience working in hotel environment.
-Must be computer literate and have good knowledge of Inventory system
-Knowledge of Material Control system will be an added  advantage
-Must have good knowledge of storage area management
-Knowledge of fire safety standard and practices
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices would be an added advantage
-Able to work independently and willing to learn
