Job Responsibilities:

-Supervise site technical works and ensure works are done in accordance to construction drawings.
-Liaise with site personnel such as Clerk of Works, Consultants and subcontractors.
-Implement day-to-day activities assigned by superior.
-Prepare reports and attend site meeting.
-Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civl Engineering or equivalent.
-Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-Preferred language:  Chinese.
-Preference will be given to Degree Holders with relevant working experience in related field.

Job Responsibilities:
-Site survey
-Coordinate & lead the team of technicians for timely completion of the projects
-Generate weekly activities report & weekly project expenses report.
-Constantly provide feedback on the project status to respective people
-Ensure timely completion of the projects
-Perform the project schedule / plan for ease of tracking progress
-Liaise with various sub-contractors, customer’s engineers and consultants
-Perform appropriate field inspections to ensure all system is working proper in order.
-Perform necessary project coordination including implementation, material preparation, installation works, supervision, system testing and system handover
-Monitor and supervise contractor installation, customer requirement and site coordination
-Source for products and negotiate with local supplier.
-Liaise with Manufacturer’s technical engineers for any technical assistance whenever is required
-Assist the Pre-sales team in preparing schematic design and layout drawing whenever is required

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years working experience
-Experience in similar or related field is an advantage
-Posses own transport and willing to travel
-Independent and matured personality
-Good interpersonal and presentation skills
-Min Diploma and Malaysian citizen
