Tanggungjawab utama

-Menyelia pasukan Penolong Pengawal Keselamatan / Assistant Security Officer (ASO)
-Merancang/menyediakan jadual tugas untuk pasukan ASO dan memeriksa pengawal di pos bertugas
-Memantau dan mengawasi operasi harian keselamatan
-Memastikan prestasi dan disiplin pasukan ASO sentiasa baik dan teratur
-Memastikan langkah-langkah pencegahan fizikal dan elektronik adalah tersusun/teratur
-Memastikan fungsi system pengawasan keselamatan elektronik seperti kamera rakaman TV (CCTV), walkie-talkie, Guard Tour System sentiasa berfungsi dan dalam keadaan baik
-Melaporkan dengan segera segala insiden/situasi yang mencurigakan/kemalangan kepada Pengawal Keselamatan untuk tindakan lanjut
-Melapor tugas-tugas harian berkaitan operasi keselamatan kepada Pengawal Keselamatan
-Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh penyelia dari semasa ke semasa

-Bertanggungjawab atas semua perkara/aspek berkaitan dengan keselamatan
-Menguatkuasa prosidur kawalan akses, pemeriksaan keselamatan, rondaan dan pengawasan, kawalan lalulintas dan keadaan tindakbalas kecemasan (emergency situation response)
-Berkebolehan menulis laporan
-Menghadiri semua “kecemasan” di lokasi
-Berkebolehan mengenalpasti tindakan-tindakan yang sesuai dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah/isu-isu keselamatan
-Berdisiplin tinggi, berintegrasi dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan tugas
-Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh penyelia dari semasa ke semasa

Syarat-syarat kelayakan
-Sekurang-kurangnya berkelulusan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
-Sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Pengawal Keselamatan atau pernah mengawalselia bangunan/pejabat/premis
-Berintegrasi, keupayaan fizikal yang baik dan komited
-Sanggup bekerja lebih masa, shif (malam), hujung minggu dan/atau cuti umum
-Memahami dan boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu (BM) dan/atau Bahasa Inggeris (BI)
-Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada pemohon yang merupakan bekas angkatan tentera/anggota polis
