Job Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or related qualification.
-Possess at least five (2) years experience in a construction or manufacturing environment in Finance Management. Fresh graduates who are independent and need minimum supervision are also encouraged to apply.
-Positive attitude with language proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role of the Accounts Assistant is to assist Accounts Officer in daily operation to ensure the daily clerical work are perform as plan for the business growth. He/she is responsible to prepare reports, update accounting transaction and matching and filing documents.

Job RESPONSIBILITIES & MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (MPS):

To handle whole company billing function with target below 0.1% mistake including ensure no over or under charges to customer, matching all invoices with D.O, filing documents, etc.

To assist in receiving function and handle whole company sources of income correctly. e.g. No bank in of post dated cheque, including issue official receipts, prepare bank in slip, update collection reports, prepare debtors statement, reminder letter, etc
To assist in accounts payable function including reconciliation of creditors statement

To assist in payment function including control and monitor on incoming bills, prepare payment vouchers, prepare cheque, update cash flow reports

To handle department incoming and outgoing correspondences

To assist in update data entry using EMAS

To maintain 5S in workplace, keep workplace clean and filing document by daily basic. e.g. No document was left un-filed at the end of the day

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Ria Jaya,Sungai Petani.
