Job Responsibilities:
-Propose, develop and implement policies and systems to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
-To be responsible in administration works and audit the work climate for future planning.
-Assist in the full spectrum of the HR functions ( training & development , etc )

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management
-Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labour Laws and IR practives
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
