Job Responsibilities:
-Handle travel reservation and ticketing
-Customer complaint resolution
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to work with very little direction
-Demonstrated leadership abilities
-Provide quotation on products to customers

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at laest a Diploma in in any field from any institution
-At least 1 -2 years experience in sales and/or operations in ticketing environment
-Computer literate and with internet knowledge. Familiar with platform ASP Microsoft is an advantage.
-Use to work with travel agent or airlines in ticketing.
-Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Candidate must be highly adaptable to fast paced working environment and changing business requirements.
