Job Responsibilities:

-Plans, directs and evaluate the food & beverage (pastry) products & services, daily operations & workflow in the kitchen.
-Administrative duties, monitoring & processing of documentation required.
-Identifies issues/concerns and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Quality control, establish and monitors expenses & control system for food & beverage (pastry) products, supplies and equipment.
-Teamwork player, work closely with different departments or divisions, in order to achieve the common goal of the company.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary or above.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Cameron Highlands.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
