job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the daily accounts payables module, including processing invoices / receipts, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation and monthly accounting report.
-Perform creditors reconciliations and analysis of financial statements to ensure proper accounting and compliance with accounting standards.
-Participate in completion of monthly reporting and statutory financial reporting processes before the required deadlines.
-Responsible for the preparation of tax and audit schedules.
-Review and analysis of expenses items and other related matters for tax reporting purposes.
-Responsible for the monthly accounts receivables and accounts payable as well as the integrity and accuracy of data in the accounting system.
-Assist the Accounts Manager on the ad-hoc projects as and when required.

job Requirements:
-Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
-Preferably Junior Executives with exposure to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and GL functions.
-Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to accounting system would be an added advantage.
-Confident, analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
