job Responsibilities:

-Applicants must have strong capability in planning and control in ensuring that the production is operating at optimum level.
-Maintain production schedules and supervise the production operations in the line(s) and area(s) allocated for continuous improvement to ensure excellent productivity and product quality.
-Ensure compliance of production processes with the current work quality requirements or work instructions in line with compliance to the safety requirements and standards are complied with at all times.
-Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects; inspiring the team to striving to ensure continuous achievement of departmental targets and objectives.
-Provide timely production and other performance reports to superior as required.
-Interpret company policies and enforce required regulations via means of leading by example, training, guiding and counselling to instil discipline throughout all subordinates.
-Responsible for ensuring that sufficient supply of materials to production operations; to ensure smooth operation.
-Machine Operation checklist verification and assist in preventive maintenance.
-Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
-To maintain and improve the good housekeeping of the allocated production area.

job Requirements:

-Diploma or Degree preferably officer specializing in manufacturing / production operations with 3-5 years working experience or equivalent.
-Must have reasonable English expression and strong distinction in Mathematics.
-Experience in handling / managing foreign workers such as from Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia would be an added advantage.
-Good interpersonal skill and team work.
-Ability to work independently and take action to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
-Strong leadership and effective communications skills with hands-on experience using computer software applications, are essential for this job
-Able to endure extended working hour to meet the customer’s needs when necessary.
