Job Responsibilities:
-To ensure the timely invoicing and collection of funds for services supplied to customers.
-Monitoring of Accounts Receivable ledgers for all entities within the Company and to ensue that clients are paying within contract terms.
-Following up of overdue debts, involving steps such as:
1.Contacting client via telephone, fax, email, etc.
2.Updating of client auto-payment details.
3. Responsible to ensure client payments are processed on a timely basis
4. Reconciling any disputed accounts and liaising with the client.
5. Processing of client payments.

-Preparation of client details to be forwarded to external parties to assist in collection in difficult cases. Credit Team Leader to authorise the commencement of legal actions.
-Negotiation of payment plans with difficult customers and the subsequent monitoring to ensure client compliance.
-Negotiation of lump sum payment discounts with clients, with approval required from Credit Team Leader.
-Maintenance of internal and external customer relations.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-Strong and professional negotiation techniques and credit collections ability.
-Knowledge of Credit Collection Processes.
-This position requires the ability to sit for long periods at a computer terminal.
-The ability to be an effective negotiator is essential.
