Job Responsibilities:
-Accounts cum Admin Executive
-Maintain management accounts and year-end financial statements, cost allocation of expenses and other accounting duties
-Assist in processing payment transactions and preparation of invoices
-Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports
-Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
-Preparation of year-end audit schedules
-Preparation of project costing
-Ensure compliance with company’s standard operating procedures and policies
-Responsible for full operations of finance and accounting functions for the holding and subsidiaries
-Provide full spectrum of administrative support
-Handle Ad Hoc reports and duties as assigned
-Accounts cum Admin Assistant
-Handling partial accounts – AP/AR
-Others ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

Accounts cum Admin Executive
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Knowledge of budget and cost control & trade facilities with bank
-Must be able to start work in short notice
-5 days work week
-Working Location @ JB
-Salary range : RM 1800 – RM 2800

Accounts cum Admin Assistant
-Minimum SPM & Above
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
-Must be able to start work in short notice
-5.5 days work week
-Working Location @ Senai
-Salary range : RM 1600 – RM 2200
