Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be customer focused in delivery of requirement to provide technical and commercial support for the sizing, selection and internal routing of inside sales quotations, enquiries and orders. This individual will also use existing data or programs to perform sizing calculations based on technical information received from client. He or she will select and apply products from our solution options that best satisfy the technical and delivery requirement of the customers.

-To provide technical and commercial support to customers and representatives
-attend to all incoming enquiries, liaise with manufacturing sub-contractors and prepare quotation or tenders to customers and representatives/distributors within the allocated time frame.
-To provide detailed commercial and cost analysis information to Regional & Area Sales Manager for discussion prior to quotation
-Compilation of quotation summaries and forecasting monthly report and general marketing information as required from time to time
-To monitor and track major projects in the SEA region and perform technical presentations to customers if necessary

Job Requirements:

-Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalence in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil & Gas)
-Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
-Must be able to communicate well in English (both verbal and written)
-Should have good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of oil & gas filtration is preferred, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Should be Malaysian Citizen or hold relevant residence status
-The position is based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor

-Following up of overdue debts, involving steps such as:
1.Contacting client via telephone, fax, email, etc.
2.Updating of client auto-payment details.
3. Responsible to ensure client payments are processed on a timely basis
4. Reconciling any disputed accounts and liaising with the client.
5. Processing of client payments.

-Preparation of client details to be forwarded to external parties to assist in collection in difficult cases. Credit Team Leader to authorise the commencement of legal actions.

-Maintenance of internal and external customer relations.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Strong and professional negotiation techniques and credit collections ability.
-Knowledge of Credit Collection Processes.
