Job Qualifications & Requirements:
-Manage the laboratory and oversee on day to day quality matters.
-Develop and verify methods, as well as the troubleshooting of instruments.
-Oversee the ISO systems.
-Document and organize internal audits, as well as assist in external audits.
-Liaise with the government authorities on DOSH, DOE, and MOH on certification required in the laboratory.
-Responsible for the personnel and food safety programs.
-Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology.
-Possess at least 5 years experience in laboratory management as Chemist
-Possess hands on experience that is required for instruments, eg. GC, GCMS, HPLC, NIR, and AA.
-Possess the ability to trouble shoot and develop methods for instrumentation and also on plant quality issues.
-Must be willing to work independently, and result oriented.
-Possess good organization, and communication skills.
-Possess analytical skills, and must be able to present problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
