(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage full life-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, interview and selection
-Manpower planning, annual HR plans and budget based on business requirements. Manage policy and process enhancement
-Work proactively with line managers to ensure the effectiveness and efficient delivery of HR services in supporting the business
-Assist in Industrial Relations matters that include staff disciplinary and investigations, domestic inquiry and grievances issues

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field
-Good track record in execution of HR programs
-Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external parties
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
