Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for design and development of jigs, fixture and tooling / equipment automation.
-Prepare design / development schedule per project requirements and execute mechanical piece part design, process, complete machine documentation and tooling test / by-off criteria.
-Ensure customer’s requirements are met in design specification, evaluate feasibility and provide technical expertise.
-Involved in continuous tooling and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Experience in solid works / tooling / equipment design / machine design.
-Team player, strong technical knowledge, creative, good communication & organization skills.
-Self-motivated & capable of working independently.
- Experience in project management role is added advantage.
-Good command in English.
-Able to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in driving the hostel’s van as when required for emergency cases (E.g. send hostelites to consult doctor).
-To follow up complaints referring to the Customer Service/Student Affair Department.
-Actual working hours are from 1700hrs-0200hrs, however after working hours of 0200hrs till 0830hrs will be duty on call. Which means any call or emergencies must be attended by warden himself.
-Handle any student’s activity in/out door. (such as management planning).
-Ensure student’s follows and abide in the general rules and regulation given by the management.
-Ensure peacefulness and also cleanliness of the area, report if seen things which is not right.
-To assist in collecting bad debts and slow-paying debts.
-To be made available to students as and when required.
-To carry out spot check on student’s resident.
-To represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
-In addition to the abovementioned duties and job functions any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the management.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level or Higher Secondary.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hostel Warden or equivalent.
-1 Full-Time positions available.
-Ability to instill discipline by helping students to understand all hostel rules.
-Willing to live in the accommodation provided by the company.
-Able to speak and write English / Bahasa malaysia.
-Preferable aged between 35-55 years old.
