From RM2,300 to RM6,800 monthly
(Selangor and Perak: Estate-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

-To conduct agronomy trials with the objective of improving yields and enhancing the growth of oil palms, rubber and paddy
-To be proficient in scientific analysis of information and writing of reports and publications
-To provide technical inputs and services to customers
-To conduct training sessions to estate personnel on good agronomic practices
-To plan and provide fertiliser application programmes and recommendations for oil palm, rubber and paddy for Sime Darby Group palm oil estates/rubber/paddy plantings
-To advise the estates on the good agronomic practices for yield improvement
-To provide trainings/clinics in various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive staff of palm oil estate operations/rubber/ paddy plantings
-To conduct feasibility studies for new agricultural development
-To plan and supervise oil palm and rubber foliar sampling work

Job Requirements:

-BSc in Bio-Industry or Agricultural Science and related disciplines
-2 – 3 years relevant working experience
-Experience in data analysis work
-Preferably Male
