Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

-You are responsible for converting 2D medical data CT/MRI images to 3D models, virtual treatment planning and 3D design of unique customized surgical tools both for internal and external customers. You will use state of the art Materialise software solutions in this process. Surgeons and biomedical engineers worldwide use these data to diagnose and treatment plan complex surgeries.
-From time to time you will provide professional assistance in technical and medical data benchmark projects.
-You hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Engineering (Biomedical-Mechanical-Industrial-Others), Medical Physics, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology or Science & Technology. Graduates from Polytechnics with a relevant background are also welcome.
-Knowledge of 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) and/or medical imaging is a plus.
-Motivated starters are encouraged to apply.
-Prior experience in a related field is not a pre-requisite, as Materialise will provide training.
