Job Responsibilities:

-To support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily building operational matters which may cover one of the following:- (1) Security Operations; (2) Maintenance & Facilities and (3) Tenancy Coordination.
-To lead and supervise a team of Security Assistants both local and outsource and Technicians.
-To manage and supervise contractors’ work as required by the role.
-To coordinate and manage projects within the mall
-To prepare and monitor budgets

Job Requirements:

-Candidates must possess relevant experience in one of the following : (1) Security; (2) Maintenance & Facilities and (3) Tenancy Coordination.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English .
-Possess good track records and able to perform the work with minimum supervision
-Knowledge in MS Office will be an added advantage as regular reporting is required.
-Willing to work beyond office hours
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
