(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Ampang)

Job Responsibilities:

-To manage in taking off, BQ & materials, tender document preparation, cost extimation, progress claims, V.O, evaluation of claims, checking of drawings & consultant coordination, etc
-Lead in improvement in the project quality control
-Establish database for cost, materials and supply sources
-Analyze / evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender report
-Coordinate with consultants on drawing preparation adn tender  documnetations to ensure timely award of tenders and review tenders for conformity to contract requirements
-Independent and requires minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years working experience
-Experience in Interior fit out is a MUST
-Able to work independently and have good knowledge in taking-off, tender preparation and evaluation of claims
-Possess strong planning, communication and negotiation skills
-A matured person with positive attitude, hardworking, dedicated and committed to project deadlines and meticulous in his/her works
-Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words / Excel
-Able to speak local dialect English, Mandarin and BM
