Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing inbound corporate client call servicing, performing necessary preliminary investigation, providing first call resolution and support to the alternate channels. To carry out this role effectively, the person will be expected to actively interact with internal/external suppliers and have sufficient analytical ability to execute root cause analysis and formulating resolution. The person will be the “face” of the bank directly interacting with corporate customers with high influence on the satisfaction rating of the service experience with the bank. Among the expectations of the position are:
- Managing inquiries efficiently by managing speech, writing and time effectively,
- Preferably to be equipped with sufficient corporate bank product knowledge and demonstrating flexibility in handling deviations.
- Demonstrate the right Corporate Client Delivery attitude by maintaining excellent customer rapport
- Demonstrate sufficient Operational & Technical know how to achieve efficiency in handling enquiries
- Demonstrate ability to look beyond the surface of operational issues by identifying root causes and identifying solutions
Job Requirements:
-Degree /Advanced Diploma holders with related experience preferred.
-Must be internet capable, an advantage in handling e-channel assistance
-Must be Internet & Mobile Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Application
-Excellent communication skill, both written and oral – English and Malay and maintain good diction/voice quality
-Excellent client servicing skills and self motivated – Careful listener with good comprehensive skills
-Self starter, strong analytical skill & ability to recognizing when additional expertise is required
-Excellent work ethics with the ability to work under pressure, meet dateline, diligently and independently with strong sense of responsibility and initiative beyond job function.
-Ability to learn skills quickly, absorbing/retaining large amounts of information on products and operations
-Knowledge in Corporate Banking is an added advantage.
-Must be a team player
