Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for M&E engineering works
-Prepare variation cost, cost negotiation with clients / consultants and to finalize project account
-Sourcing of contractors / suppliers
-Liaise with clients and consultant on all aspects of tender
-Managing claims

Job Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or its equivalent
-1 year working experience in a related field
-Computer literate and well versed in MS Office applications
-Independent, hardworking and willing to learn
-Willing to work in Damansara Jaya
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
-Conversant in detailed M&E Construction drawings
-Required language(s): English
-Preferred language(s): Chinese
