Job Responsibilities:

-Research and develop new products.
-Obtain new quotation, monitor new mould fabrication schedule, attend new mould testing, parts approval for new part, modification, colour change and ensure the new mould can run production smoothly.
-Product jig and fixture study.
-Improve the productivity, Valve Analysis (VA) and quality of new products.
-Deal with mould maker and moulder for parts technical and quality problems.
-New sourcing for components or raw materials for R&D purposes.
-Perform special task assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
-Prior experience in R&D project Management related to design fabrication of moulds, product testing and approval is an advantageous.
-Experience in technical production and process trouble shooting is an advantageous.
-Working experience or trained in the Pro-E and AutoCAD is an advantageous.
-Experience in technical engineering products related to composites / HVAC is an advantageous.
-Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply due to work nature requirement/
-Dynamic and energetic person.
-Result Oriented.
-Able to articulate views effectively.
-Able to respond fast & proactive in action at work.
-Positive thinker.
-Able to work with minimum supervision.
-Problem solving levels required.
