Job Requirements:
-To support and be groomed for the Recruitment & Selection function
-To liaise with respective Head of Department in staff requirements and recruitment
-To manage the entire recruitment process ranging from job design, advertisement placement, sourcing and screening of potential applicants
-To ensure conducive recruitment process and provide support in areas of interview coordination
-To prepare monthly manpower and recruitment report
-Responsible for other ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Job Qualifications:
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration or it equivalent
-Computer literate at least in Microsoft words, PowerPoint or excel
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all level
-Sense of responsibility and integrity and able to handle confidential matters
-Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
