Job Responsibilities:
* Assist/Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include manpower sourcing and placement initiatives, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
* Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the department
* To assist in the implementation and execution of the HR strategies, policies and practices
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Preferably with recent two years in executive position with experience would be an added advantage
* Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
* Excellence human relation skills, fast learner, team player and proficiency in Microsoft office applications
* Strong written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
* Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
* Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and able to motivate others
* Meticulous, good organizing skill and able to interact with all level of people
* Preferable Chinese speaking
* Full-Time positions available.
