Job Responsibilities:
* Ability to handle projects schedule for deployment at customer site.
* Ability to understand the whole architecture design and integration needed.
* Hardware/Software installation and configuration
* Provide Second Level support which includes diagnostics, root case and impact analysis
* Provide technical training and assistance to support engineers
* Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing and implementation roll out and end user training
* Assist in project documentation which includes functional specification, solution analysis and design and test specification and plan
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
* Sound knowledge of LINUX, UNIX (Solaris), Shell Scripting, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
* Strong Network Skills and familiar with setup of switches, routers, firewall, LAN/WAN, VLAN
* Sound Knowledge and experience on some of the following: Java, J2EE, UML, Web Services, SOA, CORBA, Oracle, Jboss, Weblogic, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
* Applicants should be Malaysian, s citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Willing to travel up to 50%
