Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all the project and site related matters.
* Accountable for the full spectrum of site and site related matters. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as manpower assignment, quality and productivity management, checking of sub-contractor claims, site safety and health issues, welfare or site progress vs. construction schedule, timely and accurate site reports and any related site initiatives.
* Ensures that all project / site activities are performed in the most effectively and efficient manner, set a targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in project, construction, property development and site management.
* Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural or Building.
* Pleasant with strong interpersonal skills and ability to supervise to meet the best quality.
* Exposure to infrastructure works, apartment / condo / building construction and design coordination is a prerequisite.
* Ability to communicate with contractors and consultant effectively.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
