Job Responsibilities:
* Create and implement an effective HR programs, including recruitment, welfare management and industrial relation
* Assist the HR Manager to formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures
* Oversee and manage all aspects of Industrial Relations and Recruitment
* Provide human resources support to other departments
* Prepare and provide accurate regular reports on human resources related activities on a timely basis
* Ensure the organization is in compliance with local employment regulations as well as corporate policies
* Maintaining an efficient general office administration such as the company’s security guard, cleanliness and canteen operation.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in related fields
* At least 2 years working experience
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
* Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws, Industrial Relations and prevailing Human Resource practices
* Strong leadership qualities and highly capable in managing and motivating staff
* Strong analytical, organising and planning skills, result-oriented with an eye for details; and
* People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
