Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise production line, optimize resources e.g. manpower, material and equipment to ensure the production volume, costs, scraps and inventory are meeting the production schedules.
* To ensure printing procedure are implemented according to the SOP/WI.
* Assist engineers in resolving printing quality issue and continuously improving production processes.
* To prepare report on output, yield, material inventory and productivity.
* To coordinate with other related departments on the lot movement and production processes.
* To train & lead the production operators and monitor their work performance, discipline and resources effectively.
* Develop process capability and tight process control including product security in work area.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Those with offset press experience is preferred.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
