Job vacancies/ Jawatan Kosong 2009/ cari pekerjaan : MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR
(Kuala Lumpur – CHERAS)

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the effective project implementation of site works for all Electrical and Mechanical works for building/Hospital/infrastructure works
* To perform technical evaluation of suppliers, sub-contractors and manufacturers
* To coordinate M&E sub-contractors on site
* To prepare M&E work programme for project
* To check the work of sub-contructors against the drawings
* To attend meeting with client, sub-contractor, sonsultants and authorities
* To prepare monthly progress reports and assists in site measurements
* Knowledge of medical equipment will be added advantage

Job Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualifications
* Minimum 5-8 years experience in the construction of infrastructure works/building/Hospital works
* Possess good working attitude, ability to organise, plan meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literate, knowledge in project management software and AutoCAD is an added advantage
* To be based at project site (Cheras)
