(Kuala Lumpur – Bandar Sri Damansara)
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing all administrative aspect of the branch office; gather information and prepare various general reports, maintaining fiing system and record management program, odering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
* Provide service and support to agents including information updates, arranging both in-house and external events etc;
* Attend to consultants’ complaints and work closely with Customer Service Department in Head Office, KL to resolve issues;
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls;
* Ensure overall office cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum a STPM/”A” Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
* At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably Junior Executive specializing in Unit Trust / Financial Services.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Self motivated and multi tasker;
* Computer literate and savvy;
* Friendly and cheerful personality.
