Job Responsibilities:

* Provide system administration and user supports for the operations.
* Maintain and troubleshoot hardware / software, installation, upgrades.
* Maintain IT and Communication (ICT) networks liaise with vendors and service providers.
* Perform systems analysis, design, programming, testing, installation, and documentation of software solutions for logistics industry software, including back-end transaction processing system both in web-based and client/server application.
* Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve back-end computing systems, including analyzing user requests and needs and implementing progressive solutions for handling the transaction processing system.
* Confer with users of divisional units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized and transmitted, and reporting formats.

Job Requirements:

* Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Knowledge & experience in VB5, VB.Net, Crystal Report, Oracle and ASP.net would be an advantage.
* Experience in defining user needs, designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes.
* Good problem solving and creative thinking skills.
* Good verbal, written and listening skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
